This monotype is made in the print studio with recycled "handcut paper sjablons" from screenprints.
Writing and printing are my favourite gestures...

How can we show hidden dimensions and transform them into visual arts?
Mathematicians can, and also artists can.
I love both.
The transformation of ideas and pure materials (ink, paint, paper, wathever,...) can move people. Maybe art can't save the world but it can transform it into beautiful places to live and share.
This artwork was created as a part of the cyclus "Welcome in the Calabi-Yau space" after meeting/reading Brain Greenes' "The fabric of the cosmos".
Believe me, it changed me...
